A new project

Well in the last 2 days I have been tinkering with a smaller project, to take a break from the adventure demo. I will be posting a beta soon the sites I visit regularly. I had been working on this for a while, long before the first adventure demo. So now with the success of the adventure demo I hope to go new places, and I will like to see where this project goes.

As far as the Adventure Demo II. It is still in production, but I am indecisive of the content of the game right now. And as it's a more complicated project than my current one and the preoccupation of school, I will not be able to work on the demo until Easter or Summer vacation.

New changes

Well I haven't posted in a while. But I have made alot of progress. I have added music (many thanks to Firemaker103), and sound of the sea, I want to add some more sounds. I have added moving clouds and I changed colors and textures on the main character and the ground. I also made a few changes to the house. I planned to make the Dwarf village just a few dwarf houses, or one dwarf house. Once I add some texture changes on the dock I will show new pictures.

A New Preview

Here is an a new series of screens I have been working towards. The house is one of a dwarf village, the dwarf picture I showed is of one particualr dwarf that will live in one of these houses. So far this house isn't done, so some things may be different or added.

Dwarves.....

A little bit has happened since my last update. One is I am still working on a village house. I wish this process went faster, but there isn't much I can with it. My biggest project I have been working on are some new models, one is for the next demo and the other is a dwarf, which this dwarf and other dwarves will be the inhabitants of the island village. I thought of a few new concepts, thanks to this inclusion of dwarves, such as quest ideas. Though I think this is as far as fantasy will go in this game, large animals, dwarves and giants. Which aside from the enlarged animals is not really fantasy. I can only thank God for all of the progress I have made. Here is an picture of the dwarf:

Updated Screenshots

Today I textured the sailboat and I added a building to the dock. I also took some screenshots, like an update to the first ones that I took already. But I will take another set of photos that will be in a different area of the other 4 photos. Here is what I have left unitl I post them:

- Some fishing Boats including non-player characters

Sky and Houses

I made a sky a little while ago. Today I improved the sky, textured a fishing boat, remodelled and textured the dock. I also textured a house that I will use in the village.

Village

Yesterday I modelled a fishing boat and I also modelled and textured a house that I will use for a village on one of the islands. Today I went looking for pictures of Medieval houses to get an idea of what the setting was like, I also wrote some ideas of how the non-player characters will act and the layout of the village. I am getting close to releasing some more pictures.

Here's what I would like to accomplish before I release the next set of pictures:

- Village and Village Island finished

- Fishing Boats textured with non-player characters included

- Sailboat textured
