Town texturing is completed

Today I finished texturing all of the texturing for the town. I also fixed the animation speed. So here's what I have left.

- Texture the characters

- Changes to the character models

I almost want to just release the demo as it is and work on the remaining goals in the next update. But I think I will wait.
